We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the business with both technical and non-technical hiring at HackerEarth! Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening of candidates as per requirements
  • Attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references, campus engagements, and other creative ways. 
  • Executing employer branding projects 
  • Ensuring the best candidate experience during the recruitment process
  • Generating Offer Letters and assisting with onboarding.
  • Stakeholder management and solid trust and confidence with the business
  • Continuously building HackerEarth’s brand as an employer of choice.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience with a product company
  • Sound knowledge of the recruitment industry and hiring trends
  • Prioritize effectively under pressure and ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Strong content skills and experience with using Social Media for hiring
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Have a continuous imrovement and customer obsession mindset.
