It takes a skill-based approach to assessment, allowing companies to automatically generate standardized tests based on various skills and then accurately measure the developer’s performance on those skills.We proudly serve 500+ customers across the globe with many of the fortune 1000 names in the list like Walmart, Amazon, Barclays, GE, Siemens etc. We have assessed more than 1M candidates, support 37 different programming languages, provide 8 different type of assessment techniques and enable assessments across 100+ different skills.

HackerEarth also has a community version of the product that is used by developers all across the globe, to assess their coding skills, become better at it and measure their true potential. They do it by solving coding challenges across different topics/skills and by participating in online competitions/hackathons. We have a thriving community of 4M+ developers.

We’re looking for a product marketing specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies at HackerEarth. Our ideal candidate is a passionate B2B marketer with proven success at marketing emerging products with a versatile set of skills.

We’ll keep it short and sweet.

Roles And Responsibilities: 

  • Understand our customers across segments, personas and markets. 
  • Become the in-house champion on the needs, preferences and behaviors of our customers. 
  • Create customer advocacy assets such as case studies, videos, and testimonials.  
  • Positively transform our key customers into brand ambassadors and advocates.   
  • Manage revenue-driving activities like webinars and virtual events in key markets.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for our developer podcast which features some of the biggest names in tech.

 

To Be Successful In This Role, You Must Be: 

  • Product marketer with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experienced in working with B2B products and SaaS businesses
  • Has the ability to take complete responsibility and ownership and work autonomously
  • Highly customer-centric in approach
  • Excellent in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Unmatched enthusiasm to keep up with the rest of our team
  • Has outstanding written and verbal communication skills (Good talker? We want you.)
  • Experience with running podcasts, webinars and demand generation campaigns are a huge plus
