A key player in the marketing team, the Content and Communications Specialist will create compelling copy for various channels/formats. The person in this role will be an outstanding communicator, both verbal and written, and embrace a collaborative and proactive approach to work. If you have an impressive track record of writing content for online audiences and managing digital communications campaigns, then this role is perfect for you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Research and  identify relevant topics for the content charter
  • Generate bold and compelling content that resonates with our target audience
  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term/long-term content goals
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
  • Develop editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met
  • Edit, proofread and ensure content is ready for publishing
  • Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Analyze web traffic metrics
  • Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
  • Experience handling PR and media relations is a bonus

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At Least 3 years of experience delivering high value content
  • Proficiency in WordPress and other Content Management Software will be a plus
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
  • Creative and able to think differently
  • Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
