We’re seeking a tech- savvy Product Marketer to drive product and customer marketing and communication. To be successful in this role, you need to think like a founder taking a new product to market,  building a solid product position, outlining the perfect GTM strategy, actively evangelising the brand, and being absolutely customer-centric.This is a career defining-opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys a role filled with variety, challenges, depth, and autonomy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, own, and execute all product and customer marketing initiatives
  • Understand, assist, and develop incisive communication to support full product life cycle of the customer's journey at HackerEarth
  • Continuously analyse the product and provide proactive feedback, insights, and suggestions to the Engineering and Product Teams
  • Ideate and share insightful product value proposition to support marketing with demand generation
  • Build a portfolio of product assets to enable and drive business with e-books, product guides, pitch decks, customer onboarding assets, battle cards, etc
  • Drive initiatives to cross-sell, upsell and retain customers. Drive campaigns to reduce churn
  • Help define the overall product positioning and GTM strategy for new product/feature releases 
  • Monitor competition and share best practices with the team
  • Manage the product and customer marketing budget and ensure financial discipline
  • Work closely with Sales, CSM, Product teams to ensure the calendar of activities is in sync

To be successful in this role, you must be:

  • Product marketer with at least 4 years of experience.
  • Experienced in working with B2B products and SaaS businesses
  • Adept at understanding business and competitor landscape
  • Ability to take complete responsibility and ownership and work autonomously
  • Highly customer-centric in your approach 
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Unmatched enthusiasm to keep up with the rest of our team
