Roles and responsibilities

  • End-to-end planning and execution of hiring challenges (referred to as campaigns below) for clients
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, industry business challenges, culture and nature of the company, and objectives to seamlessly execute campaigns
  • Liaise with Subject Matter Experts to design campaign formats for clients based on skills and other requirements
  • Providing creative inputs for the marketing team to create a custom marketing plan based on the nature of an campaign
  • Devising a marketing strategy for campaigns, creating a process flow, hosting of hiring campaigns on time on HackerEarth Recruit
  • Monitoring  the performance of the campaigns to meet the commitments and provide timely inputs to optimize the reach and derive better success from such campaigns
  • Interacting with clients regularly to provide updates about the campaign process, promotion plans, response from the participants, and any other ad-hoc demands related to campaign execution that the client may require
  • Interacting with internal stakeholders for different elements to make the campaigns successful

The Program Manager will liaise with both the client and the community in the following ways:

Client relations

  • Establishing and maintaining good long term relationships with the client through regular telephone contact and reviewing our service to ensure that it exceeds expectations
  • Following up regularly for updates on the status of candidates
  • Developing strategies tailored to individual customer requirements
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the clients in your portfolio and churning more business from listed accounts

Community relations

  • Sourcing and screening the candidates as per company requirements using HackerEarth platform
  • Analyzing the lateral and fresher job seeker community on HackerEarth
  • Developing and managing a candidate pool
  • Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed candidates
  • Communicating about upcoming campaigns to an identified pool of candidates

Required Skills:    

  • Recruitment experience 
  • 1 - 3 years of experience 
  • Experience in client interaction
  • Experience in a start-up will be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with clients.

Good to have/Plus points:

- Experience in Talent Acquisition field

- Keen interest in creative forms of recruitment and solving problems in the hiring industry.
