We’re seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our passionate team. The Senior Program Manager will be the go-to person and specialist for our product Sprint used by our clients for conducting hackathons. Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • End to end planning and execution of online hackathons (referred below as campaigns) for clients.
  • Devising marketing strategies for online events tailored to individual customer requirements, creating process flow and timely hosting of Hackathons on Sprint.
  • Synergize with the Programs team to ensure maximum participation for online events and communication of the event agenda to the participants.
  • Providing creative inputs for the marketing team to prepare custom marketing plan based on the nature of the event
  • To have a close watch on performance of marketing initiatives set out for the online events and provide timely inputs to optimize the reach and derive better success from events
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer requirements, industry business challenges and objectives to seamlessly execute events
  • Consistent interaction with the clients to keep them abreast about the online event process, promotion plans, response from the participants and any other ad-hoc demands related to event execution that may arise from the client’s end.
  • Close coordination with the marketing team to collect metrics related to the event and timely preparation of reports and case studies.
  • Liaise with the sales, marketing and operations team and function as a SPOC for effective execution of the event related activities.
  • Scaling Branding & Engagement and Ads category under the hackathon team

Client relations

  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with the client through regular telephone contact and reviewing our service to ensure that it exceeds expectations
  • Sharing weekly reports on the progress of the campaign
  • Developing strategies tailored to individual customer requirements
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the clients in your portfolio and churning more business from listed accounts

Community relations

  • Engaging hackathon enthusiasts from within the community
  • Helping the community and the marketing team to create a promotional plan for your campaigns
  • Build value add to the  community of hackathon enthusiasts, via conducting hackatho learning that we can provide via our hackathons

Required Skills:    

  • Technical knowledge as good to have
  • 1 - 3 years of experience 
  • Experience in client interaction
  • Experience in a start-up will be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with clients

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability in prioritizing and managing conflicting deadlines
  • Experience working in a role that involves client interaction and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in a product company or startup is an added advantage
  • Previous technology experience will be considered a bonus.
